Withdrawal requests are processed within 1-4 hours during business hours (09:00-21:00 WIB, Monday-Sunday). Requests submitted outside business hours are processed on the next business day. First-time withdrawal requests require completed KYC verification before processing.

Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum daily withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per day for standard accounts, with higher limits available for VIP tier accounts. You may only withdraw to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your name matching your rx888 account details. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited for anti-money laundering compliance.

4.3 Fees

10. Account Suspension and Termination
